The rocker offers more than a tool for free movement; it provides a space for free play, on its own or combined with other toys, according to the children’s wishes.

The rocker is also designed to be safe. Its slats provide a sturdy surface where children can brace themselves without risk of getting their feet trapped. The integrated side handles are designed to protect their fingers.
At the ends, steel handles offer even more ways to position themselves as they rock and encourage their desire to play.
Also designed to create a gentle, natural rocking motion, the rocker has three main stops to limit movement at either end.

What is the educational value of this product?

The rocker is ideally suited to open-ended play and imaginative imitation, central elements of Steiner Waldorf education, and allows children to use it in ways limited only by their imagination.

What is sensorimotor development?

Sensorimotor development is the process through which children develop their senses and learn to perform, master and coordinate their movements.

The senses include the best-known ones, namely sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch, as well as balance (thanks to the vestibular system) and proprioception (the position of the body in space, provided by the somatosensory system). 

These different senses work together with one another and with the motor system.

Regarding motor development, two major categories of motor skills can be distinguished:

• gross motor skills, which refer to movements of the whole body or of the body’s larger limbs and muscles (legs, arms, torso, head),
• fine motor skills, which refer to movements of smaller muscles and limbs (fingers, hands, wrists, feet, ankles, toes, lips, tongue).

What age groups is it suitable for?

The rocker can be used from birth until approximately 12 years of age. It can be used for balancing, rocking, climbing and as a slide when paired with its ramp, or it can be transformed into a tent, playhouse, counter, etc.

Returns 

Have you received your item but it is not suitable for you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return the product concerned. 

As a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to cover postage costs, so return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent to the country from which this product was shipped, Latvia.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met :

• The product must arrive in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The request must not concern custom-made products for which the customer provided personalization details (for example, a cutting or manufacturing dimension).

Please understand that we cannot accept assembled, used, or worn items because they cannot be resold.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the products, for the full amount of the returned products, using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order.
