By combining experiences in engineering, interior design, and sewing, Inga and Evaldas have created products that they design and manufacture at home, in the suburbs of Vilnius.
This family business has its roots in the birth of their two daughters and the desire to offer them a first swing, made by hand, which inspired other creations, first a Christmas gift for a little boy living in an orphanage, a gift for a child close to them, then another, and different designs were born, for the youngest and the oldest.

What is the educational benefit of this product?
As part of free play, the cocoon can accompany children who learn to know their body and control their movements.
In the Pikler-Lóczy pedagogy, particularly between 0 and 3 years old, we let them do their thing, without intervening in their postures, they take the initiative in their movements: this is the principle of motor skills free.
It will also be used to determine spaces in a prepared environment, as in the Montessori method. It is also an ideal support during the sensitive period of coordination of movements identified by Maria Montessori, and which children go through between approximately 18 months and 4 years.

What is sensorimotor development?
Sensorimotor development is the process by which children develop their senses and learn to perform, control and coordinate their movements.
The senses include the best known ones: sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, but also balance (thanks to the vestibular system) and proprioception (position of the body in space, given by the somatosensory system).
These different senses work in concert with each other and with the motor system.
In terms of motor development, we can distinguish two main categories of motor skills:
- gross motor skills, which refers to movements of the whole body or the large limbs and muscles of the body (legs, arms, trunk, head),
- fine motor skills, which refers to the movements of smaller muscles and limbs (fingers, hands, wrists, feet, ankles, toes, lips, tongue).
What age groups is it suitable for?
The cocoon can be used as soon as your child stands up alone. He will try to lean on it, climb in, and settle in, adopting different postures. The cocoon will thus support your child in the development of his motor skills and his autonomy, it can be used until adulthood and be adopted by the whole family.

Being a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to offer you postage costs, thereturn costs are at the the customer's responsibility and returns are to be sent to the country from which this product is shipped, Lithuania.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The product must arrive in original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- The request does not concern tailor-made products for which the customer has provided personalization data (example: a cutting or manufacturing dimension).
