We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works *
When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses.     • Delivery takes place in 10 to 15 working days.
    • Transport is managed by DHL/La Poste, except in exceptional cases.

    Have you received your item but it does not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the product concerned to us.

    Being a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to offer you postage costs, thereturn costs are the responsibility of the customer's responsibility and returns are to be sent to the country of shipment of this product, Poland.

     

    To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

    • The product must arrive in original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
    • The request does not concern tailor-made products for which the customer has provided personalization data (example: a cutting or manufacturing dimension).

    Please understand that we cannot accept fitted, used or worn items as they will not be able to be relisted.
