The products by Klaudia, creator of Moi Mili, are handmade in the suburbs of Warsaw, not far from the Vistula River. Each item is unique, made with passion and crafted with great attention to detail. Delivery

• This product is shipped from Poland by our artisan partner Moi Mili.
• Transport is handled by GLS depending on the circumstances.
• The delivery costs for this product in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg are as follows :

Complimentary additional fees: when purchasing another rug, cushion, or accessory from this LOOVE partner, we cover the corresponding additional shipping costs.

• This item is made to order and has a production lead time of 3 to 10 days.
• Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Return 

Have you received your item but it is not right for you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return the product concerned. 

As a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to offer postage costs, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and returns must be sent to the country from which this product was shipped, Poland.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met :

• The product must arrive in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The request does not apply to made-to-measure products for which the customer provided personalization details (for example, a cutting or manufacturing dimension).

Please understand that we cannot accept assembled, used, or worn items, as they cannot be resold. 

Return process 

Send your return request with your order number and the product you wish to return to our Customer Service by email at the following address: bonjour@monloove.com 

⚠ Please note that a return received without prior contact may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. 

Refund 

The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the products, for the full amount of the returned products, using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order.

• Shipping is handled by GLS, except in exceptional cases.
