The products by Klaudia, creator of Moi Mili, are handmade in the suburbs of Warsaw, not far from the Vistula River. Each item is unique, made with passion and crafted with great attention to detail. Delivery

• This product is shipped from Poland by our artisan partner Moi Mili.
• Transport is handled by GLS on a case-by-case basis.
• The delivery charges for this product in France, Belgium and Luxembourg are as follows :

Additional shipping costs covered: when purchasing another rug, cushion or accessory from this LOOVE partner, we cover the corresponding additional shipping costs.

• This item is made to order and has a production lead time of 3 to 10 days.
• Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Return 

Have you received your item but it is not suitable for you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return the product concerned to us. 

As a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to cover postage costs, lreturn shipping costs are borne by the customer and returns must be sent to the country from which this product was shipped, Poland.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met :

• The product must arrive in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The request does not apply to made-to-measure products for which the customer provided personalization details (for example: a cutting or manufacturing dimension).

Please understand that we cannot accept assembled, used or worn items, as they cannot be resold. 

Return process 

Send your return request, including your order number and the product you wish to return, to our Customer Service by email at the following address: bonjour@monloove.com 

⚠ Please note that a return received without prior contact may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. 

Refund 

The refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the products, for the full amount of the returned products, via the same payment method used when placing the order.
