Foldable FSC wooden learning tower, 2 heights • Dane

Giving the Dane tower means giving your child everyday life as a place to play. Your child is right there at adult height, fully involved—watching, touching, imitating. With every repeated action, their hands become more precise and their confidence grows. And over time, the child who used to watch starts doing things alone, with a pride you can’t manufacture.

✦ Wood you’ll love from the very first touch - FSC-certified birch is lightweight, impact-resistant, and smooth to the touch. For your child, every contact—climbing up and down, gripping, placing bare feet on the platform—is a real sensory experience. For adults, it’s that warmth of natural wood you recognize at first touch, confirming the piece is exactly what it promises to be.

✦ Foldable, but not flimsy! - Slim and lightweight, the Dane folds away against a wall in seconds and moves effortlessly from room to room. This isn’t a compromise on sturdiness—it’s a design made for the realities of everyday family life.

✦ It grows with your child - really - The platform adjusts to 2 heights, and the child can learn to operate the removable safety rail independently. When they no longer need it, it folds down. The tower then becomes a step stool, useful for years to come. Unlike other towers that can no longer be used once a child is too big to climb inside, the Dane adapts.

Manufacturing partner

The company of Sabine It is centered on children, but just as importantly on the time they spend with their families. One of the main lessons of active learning approaches is that children develop better when they are both happy and independent. From their home in Latvia, Sabine and her family embraced these principles, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Maria Montessori and Emmi Pikler to create something unique. Building on a family spirit and a woodworking tradition, they handcraft safe furniture that helps children develop through movement while spending time with their loved ones, always having fun.
