Designed taking into account the educational principles of Maria Montessori but also the reality of the spaces in which we live, the 3-in-1 evolutive tower is an incredible tool to involve our children in daily household tasks but also to support their creative, concentration, and play activities.

In the form of a tower, the child will use it to observe, do things alone, or share moments with us. For example in the kitchen, where children learn while assisting us. They arrange, tidy, clean, cut, spread, stir... They also discover textures, sounds, smells, and tastes, as well as the pleasure of doing things together.

In the form of a chair and desk, it will be the ideal place to set up activities that allow the child to develop motor skills, concentration, to play and learn, but also to choose to have some meals or snacks there, freely and independently.

In the form of a slide, it will engage their proprioception, balance, and all their muscles. To go down, of course, but also to climb up, first by the stairs, then by climbing its slope, and the slide will provide just as many emotions by playfully challenging their bodies.

Interview

• Clean with a dry, soft cloth. Otherwise, use a slightly damp cloth without detergent.

Security

• To maximize child safety, adult supervision is required when the product is used.
  This presence will allow you to intervene in the event that your child uses the tower inappropriately. Examples of inappropriate use are: swinging and tipping the tower, climbing up the sides, or climbing from above to access other surfaces (such as a countertop or counter).

• Delivery costs are: Free
• This product is shipped from Latvia by our artisan partner Sandra and Jānis.
• Delivery times are 10 to 15 working days.
• Transport is managed by Fedex, except in exceptional cases. 
• Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be communicated to you by email.

Have you received your item but it does not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the product concerned to us.

Being a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to offer you postage costs, thereturn costs are the responsibility of responsibility of the customer and returns are to be sent to the country of shipment of this product, Latvia.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

• The product must arrive in original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The request does not concern tailor-made products for which the customer has provided personalization data (example: a cutting or manufacturing dimension).

Please understand that we cannot accept fitted, used or worn items as they will not be able to be relisted.

Send your return request with your order number as well as the product you wish to return to our Customer Service by email to the following address: bonjour@monloove.com 

⚠ Please note that a return received without prior contact may frustrate the right of withdrawal.

Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products for the full amount of the returned products, via the same payment method as that used when ordering.
