- Warning! Do not open the parcel's cardboard box with a knife or sharp object, as this may damage the product.
- This item is vacuum-packed. The foam will regain its original shape within 72 hours of unpacking.
- The display of the item's colors may vary depending on your screen's manufacturer, model, or contrast and brightness settings, so the colors may differ slightly between what is displayed on your screen and the item's actual color. In addition, due to the nature of velvet and the room's lighting, the item may show lighter or darker reflections. Delivery
- Delivery costs are: Free
- This product is shipped from Poland by our manufacturing partner Paulina.
- Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.
- Transport is handled by DPD or DHL, except in exceptional circumstances.
- Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Returns
Have you received your item but are not satisfied with it? Don’t worry, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return the product concerned.
As a small family business, we are unfortunately not yet able to cover postage costs, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent to the country from which this product was shipped, Poland
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met :
- The product must arrive in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
- The request must not concern made-to-measure products for which the customer provided personalization details (for example, a cutting or manufacturing dimension).
Please understand that we cannot accept assembled, used, or worn items, as they cannot be put back on sale.
Return process

⚠ Please note that a return received without prior contact may result in the right of withdrawal being denied.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the products, for the full amount of the returned products, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
