Description

Five modules that become whatever they imagine - a tunnel to conquer, a peak to climb, a slope to race down. The motor skills course begins with their first crawling and grows with the challenges that older children invent for themselves at seven and beyond.

✦ Velvet with character - Supple and soft to the touch, its velvety surface brings a warm touch to any space. It responds to light, revealing richer or subtler nuances depending on its surroundings.

✦ Five modules, endless possibilities - The tunnel, the mountains, the steps, the slope, the hill - five distinct shapes that can be freely combined. A new course every morning, a new configuration every week. The hill stores beneath the tunnel for compact storage. Compatible with our ball pits, for an even more complete course.

✦ Built to last - The foam retains its shape, and the covers can be removed and machine-washed at 30°C. Handmade in Europe. An item designed to last throughout childhood without compromise.

Features

  • Five ways to move: crawl, climb, slide, step over, balance - each module engages the body differently, supporting complete motor development with every use
  • Grows with them for years: from their first crawl to the ambitious courses older children invent themselves. The same modules, endless stages
  • Elegant enough for the living room, sturdy enough for intensive play: the velvet blends naturally into any interior
  • Enhance it with a ball pit: to vary the experiences and expand the play area
  • A gift that lasts: designed for an entire childhood, whether given for a birth, birthday, or significant family occasion

Tip

To prevent the modules from separating too easily when used by younger children, we recommend using the course on a mat.
If that is not enough for your family, as the covers of the course blocks are removable, you can sew Velcro strips onto them. This will keep the blocks together in all circumstances, and the covers will still be machine washable.

Educational value

The motor skills course places the child at the heart of movement — to crawl, climb, slide, and burn off energy freely.

Rooted in the approaches of Pikler and Montessori, it supports motor development through challenge, exploration, and free play.

At what stage?
Not a question of age — a question of mobility.
As soon as the baby moves independently — on their tummy or on all fours. The course does not wait for walking — it welcomes the first motor explorations from the earliest independent movements.
What we observe in a ready child: the baby explores the slope lying down, tries to wriggle under the tunnel, and uses the hill for support to stand up.
The course grows with the child, with no defined age limit. The configurations evolve, and the challenges grow.

What the child develops

Body & movement
Crawl under the tunnel, climb the hills, go down the slope, step over the steps — each module engages the body differently. This variety of movements and postures develops gross motor skills, balance, and body awareness in space.
Gross motor skills · Pikler · sensory-motor development
Balance & coordination
Move from one module to another, adjust their center of gravity, anticipate the next surface — the course constantly trains balance and coordination. These skills durably strengthen neuromuscular connections.
Vestibular system · proprioception · neuroplasticity
Self-confidence
Try climbing the hills, go under the tunnel, and go down the slope independently — every small challenge overcome strengthens confidence in their own abilities. The child learns to assess, persevere, and try again.
Independence · Montessori · self-efficacy
Creativity & free play
Reconfigure the modules, invent a new course, transform the tunnel into a playhouse — the course becomes whatever the child decides. One object, endless uses.
Symbolic play · Reggio · 100 languages
Cooperation
Build a course together, encourage each other, and share the space — the course naturally creates opportunities for shared play and develops the earliest forms of communication and collaboration.
Prosocial development · shared play · Vygotsky
