ARTICLE 4 – PARTNERS

Shopify is the partner that hosts monloove.com and provides our e-commerce platform.

Your data is stored in Shopify's data storage system and databases, and in Shopify's general application. Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.

PayPlug is the partner that provides the secure payment gateway for your purchases. When you make your payment, you are redirected to a fully secure PayPlug payment page using the HTTPS protocol. The payment process is therefore carried out directly on the secure PayPlug server.

Sensitive data, such as the bank card number and its expiration date,

are fully encrypted and protected using a TLS ("Transport Layer Security") protocol to prevent the exchanged information from being intercepted in plaintext by a third party during the transaction.

Card numbers are encrypted instantly, and we do not have access to them. Furthermore, PayPlug does not retain card numbers and relies on a secure infrastructure that complies with the international PCI-DSS standard.

ARTICLE 5 – SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

Generally speaking, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information relating to your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (according to the visitor's location) on the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information relating to your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, used to determine whether the current visitor has access.
